Amazing Grace: The History and Theology of Calvinism

Format: Video sessions, followed by discussion with application points and exercises

What is Calvinism? Does this teaching make man a robot and God the author of sin? If the church accepts Calvinism won’t evangelism be stifled, perhaps extinguished? How can we balance God’s sovereignty and man’s responsibility? These are just a few of the questions about the doctrines of grace that Amazing Grace seeks to answer. First Steps: First Steps of Faith

Format: Group discussion and application of the readings in the book

This is the first course in our curriculum for new and untaught believers. It covers in simple form such topics as God’s initiative in salvation, the Bible, God’s attributes, the Holy Spirit, regeneration, sanctification, and the church. First Steps aims to build the basics of faith into young believers, to establish them in Christ. Click here to register.

Choosing My Religion
Format: Video sessions, followed by discussion

This is a five-part video series designed for teens, complete with a study guide for their learning. The segments are crisp, well-done messages by R.C. Sproul, interspersed with video clips of interviews with contemporary youth. Choosing My Religion, as its title suggests, challenges youth to come to grips with what they believe. The material is ripe for much discussion.
